We encourage getting your builder involved early in your project planning. Our aim is to work alongside our clients and their architects/ designers from the very beginning, at concept stage. We can give advice and add value at this preliminary stage by identifying potential construction challenges and offering solutions before plans are submitted to council.

Costing services

Preliminary proposal

We can provide you a preliminary cost proposal at the early stages, and before all construction documentation may be available, to test feasibility before submitting your plans to council and to give you an accurate construction cost estimate and timeframe.

Detailed proposal

Once all necessary construction documentation is obtained (including architectural plans, structural engineer’s drawings and the like) we can prepare a final detailed cost proposal for your consideration. The proposal will include comprehensive breakdowns and schedules outlining all project requirements.
